Gas oil surcharge
The Swiss Assosiation for Shipping and Port Economy (SVS) publishes a gas oil price index on the basis of CBRB's statement. Each surcharge is imposed on the basis of the index in a month C using the average of month A. This average figure of the previous month is published in the first week of month B, and is therefore imposed in moth C.
